If you are not completely satisfied with the product received, you may return it for exchange or full refund. The qualifications for refund or exchange are as follows:
- Defective products.
- Shipping damage.
- Incorrect order delivery.
Return Instructions
Return items must be packed in original packaging along with copy of proof of purchase and must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods.
We will simply issue a refund in the exact manner payment was received excluding shipping cost.
Refunds will not be issued based on the color of the cigar wrapper or your personal taste of the cigar, as taste may vary depending on the aging process.
